Thank you for shopping with Sai Sakthi Kreationz. Most of what we make, from resin art and sublimation prints to office and craft orders, is produced specifically for you. Because of that, our returns process works a little differently from a regular retail store, and it's important you understand it before placing an order.
Almost everything we sell, printed apparel, resin frames, engraved mugs, personalised candles and similar items, is made to order based on the design, text, photo or specification you approve with us.
We always share a proof, photo, or mock-up for your approval before production on personalised items. Please check spelling, names, dates, and images carefully before approving, as this is the point of no return for custom orders.
For any product that is not made or personalised to your specification (for example, ready-made stock items, if listed as such in the shop), we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
If your order, personalised or not, arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Our visa application assistance is a professional service, not a physical product, so returns do not apply in the usual sense. Please note:

For the limited cases where a return is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (for example, the wrong item was shipped, or the item was defective on arrival). In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, or approve a refund for a cancelled pre-production order, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued by direct bank transfer to an account you provide, regardless of your original payment method (PayPal or Cash on Delivery). Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval; it may take a few additional days for your bank to reflect the transfer.

For personalised products, we will share a design proof, photo, or mock-up before production begins. Production only starts after you confirm approval. Once approved, the order is locked in and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded except in the case of a manufacturing defect, as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes quoted at checkout or during your order conversation with us; these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, remote delivery locations, or order volume, especially around festive seasons.
